I’m Hazel Kaye, a London-based charity consultant. I work with charities to help them succeed in an ever-competitive market.

Having held several senior roles in the charity sector for over 20 years, including Chief Executive, Director and Trustee, I’ve experienced and overcome many significant challenges that charities face. These include modernisation programmes, ensuring good governance, developing and implementing new services, driving income in challenging times and developing high-performing teams.

Whether the need is to develop strategies, deliver projects, implement change or provide interim management, my hands-on experience, proven track record, and coaching skills give clients the support they need to thrive in these challenging economic times.

Effective coaching can make a real change to an organisation, especially from someone who has lived experience in the sector. I help individuals and teams to unlock their potential and thrive. I work with CEOs and senior leaders to help them accomplish more, become more effective leaders and drive their organisations to greater success.
